A new line of icons have been written on BC Granite stones when available and on flat granite pieces of varying sizes. The backs of the icons left with the stone exposed. Writing an icon on stone is in keeping with writing an icon on a natural 'living' surface such as a wood panel.
The wood's core symbolism is that of the Living Tree, the Cross, and the symbolism of the rock represents firmness; a defense; a support; a refuge."The Lord is my rock, and my fortress".
In the Book of Numbers, Moses struck the rock twice with his staff and water gushed out, and the community and their livestock drank.

The images of the icons will vary in design, depending on the size and shapes of each stone.
The rocks are shipped with an additional strong plastic stand for display, at an additional cost (see below).
