Before continuing with the Raven Totem (from the Mongo Martin Family pole at the MOA), I needed to plot out and base coat the 24" x 48" Raven/Eagle Totem from the Bicentennial pole in Sitka National Historocal Park in Sitka Alaska (carved by Duane Pasco in 1976). That was a 9 hour process in itself.
The Silk Purse Gallery exhibit is now posted on West Vancouver Arts Council's website.
Had another great day in the studio today, progressing with the 'Child/Cub with Human Mother' Totem. Love this image.
Needed to take a few days to take care of the paperwork and business part of preparing for an exhibition, and Christmas is fast upon us.
